The htag-intelligence MCP Connector exposes HtAG’s Australian property intelligence platform as a structured set read-only tools for AI assistants. It lets Claude resolve suburbs, LGAs and addresses; standardise and enrich property records; retrieve valuations, comparable sales, rental evidence, market scores, supply/demand indicators, growth cycles, trend time-series, risk overlays, school/demographic/economic context, CPI and RBA cash-rate data; and run higher-level workflows like market ranking, property due diligence and investment analysis. The connector is designed for governed, authenticated access via the Developer Portal, so users can bring institutional-grade Australian real estate data directly into Claude without scraping, copying data manually, or building custom API glue.
