Human Atlas
Atlas is an interactive 3D anatomy atlas for students, educators and curious learners. Ask Claude about a structure and see it rendered inline, with no account needed. What you can do: - Search anatomical names and identifiers to find the exact structure you mean. - Open a focused 3D view of one organ or several, such as "Show the stomach in isolation" or "Show the stomach and pancreas together". - Choose between detailed male, complete male, standard male, female, embryo and cell models. - Orbit, zoom and isolate structures, switch body systems, regions and depth layers, explode the model, and cut cross-sections. - Compare structures side by side from different camera angles. Tools: - get_anatomy_options lists the models, systems, regions, layers and camera views you can use. - search_anatomy finds exact structure names and IDs. - show_anatomy opens the interactive viewer for a structure or the whole model. All tools are read-only and use public reference data. Atlas does not access patient records, store personal data or require sign-in. Atlas provides general anatomy education. It does not interpret medical scans, diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Model coverage varies, and some reference models are partial.
