hupser is an indoor cycling app for smart trainers on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows. Connect your account to work on your training in plain language.Find workouts in the hupser library, or describe one and Claude builds it. Put workouts on your calendar, move them, or remove them, and they show up in hupser ready to ride. Look at the rides you recorded in hupser, your training load, and your FTP history. Set your FTP and zones.You choose what to allow when you connect. Seeing your account is required. Making changes, heart rate and weight, and friends and other riders are each optional. Disconnect any time in hupser under Settings, Account.Limitations: it only sees rides recorded in hupser, not rides from Strava, Apple Health, or other services. It never receives your location or route, email address, date of birth, sex, or height. It can't reach events or clubs yet.
