Connect your iAM360 fitness record to Claude. Review nutrition, workouts, sleep and recovery; log meals and completed workouts; manage fitness challenges and workout routines; and read or update your private journal when you ask. The connector provides 27 tools with access limited to the authorizing user’s own account. OAuth authorization grants fitness read and write access, with refresh support. You can turn off a connection in iAM360 Settings → AI agents. iAM360 is a fitness and wellness service. Wearable summaries and patterns support personal tracking and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. An iAM360 account is required; some AI-assisted features depend on your iAM360 plan.
