imotrack is the rental-portfolio manager for real-estate investors in Spain. Connect it to Claude to ask about your portfolio and keep it up to date in plain language. What you can do: - Portfolio overview: income, occupancy, gross yield and estimated value of each property. - Properties and rooms: create, edit and delete properties, whether let as a whole, by room (coliving) or vacant; add or rename rooms. - Tenants and leases: create a lease and its tenant in one request, record a renewal (prórroga), end a lease when the tenant leaves. - Rent: see arrears and upcoming rent, mark a month as collected, undo a payment marked by mistake. - Expenses and credits: log bills such as IBI, community fees or repairs; track mortgages. - Tax: estimate the IRPF on your rental income with Spanish rules (deductible expenses, amortisation, the long-term rental reduction). - Reminders: create, complete and delete reminders. Permissions are granular. Reading is always included; creating, editing and deleting are separate permissions you can untick on the imotrack consent screen. Claude asks before every deletion, and deleting a property also requires its exact name. Every change made from Claude is written to your account's audit log.
