ImpactPilot is a customer success platform for teams that run on HubSpot. It reads calls, emails, meetings and notes and turns them into signals: churn risks, expansion opportunities, stakeholder changes and more. Each signal comes with a short explanation of why it fired and a link back to the source. With this connector, Claude can look up those signals for you. Ask things like: - "What signals do I have open right now?" - "Show me everything for Acme Corp." - "Which of my accounts have risk signals this week?" - "Which CSM has the most unseen signals?" - "Which of my customers have earned the fewest impact points?" - "Write a summary of this week's signals for the team update." The connector is read-only. It sees exactly what your ImpactPilot account can see: CSMs see their own accounts, managers and admins see the whole organization. Every signal includes a link to open it in ImpactPilot, and engagement-based signals link to the call, email or meeting in HubSpot. You need an ImpactPilot account connected to HubSpot. Sign in with your usual ImpactPilot (HubSpot) login when Claude asks.
