InstaBids
InstaBids is a home-repair bidding service. A homeowner describes a job once, in their own words, and an AI intake assistant turns it into a written scope. Contractors who take part can send bids against that same scope, so bids compare like with like. Homeowners pay nothing. Early pilot in Broward and Palm Beach counties, FL: in a new area, finding contractors can take longer, and a request may get no bids. This connector lets a signed-in homeowner work with their own InstaBids jobs from an AI assistant: - Start a new home-repair request from a description and ZIP code, and answer its intake questions. No contractor is contacted while you do this. - List your jobs and check a job's status, progress and bid count. - Read the bids on a job: amount, timeline, scope, warranty notes and whether materials are included. Contractors appear under labels such as "Contractor A". No tool returns a contractor's name or contact details. Contact details stay hidden until you pick a contractor and they confirm the connection. - Check that a job is ready to send. The assistant cannot send it: only you can send a job to contractors, by signing in to InstaBids. What it does not do: it does not pick or accept a bid, make or take payments, message contractors, or produce prices. Prices come only from contractor bids. Text written by contractors or homeowners comes back marked as untrusted, with possible instructions flagged, so your assistant treats it as content, not commands. Contractor-written text is screened for contact details. Permissions: you choose at connection time between reading your jobs and bids, and also preparing jobs. You can remove the assistant at any time on the Connected assistants page in InstaBids. Available in the United States.
