InstaClock
InstaClock is a personal time tracker for individuals. Connect it to Claude to track your own time and ask about it without leaving the conversation. What you can do: - Start and stop timers by naming the activity, like "start Deep work" or "stop my timer". - Log time you forgot to track, and fix the start, end or activity of past entries. - Ask how much time you spent today, this week, last month or over any date range, broken down by activity and by day. - Create, rename and archive the activities you track time against. - Check progress on weekly and monthly activity goals, and set or adjust them (Pro). - Read the AI weekly review InstaClock writes for each finished week (Pro). Who it's for: freelancers, students, developers, writers and anyone who tracks their own hours. InstaClock has no team or employee-monitoring features. How it works: you sign in to InstaClock and approve the connection. The connector only sees the account you signed in with. Times use the timezone in your InstaClock profile, and weeks start on Monday. Tools that change or delete existing data are marked destructive, so Claude asks before it runs them. Limitations: one timer runs at a time. The connector works on InstaClock's Free plan; activity goals and AI weekly reviews need Pro. A weekly review is written once a week for the previous week, so the current week has none yet.
