InvoiceHub turns uploaded and photographed invoices into structured accounting records. This connector lets Claude read them, so you can ask about your company's documents in plain language. What you can do: - Search invoices by date range, supplier, document type and amount, with paging for large result sets. - Open any document with every extracted field: number, dates, amounts and VAT, issuer and recipient (with ЕИК and VAT numbers), currency, IBAN, payment method and the description of services. - Find probable duplicate documents and see which copy is recommended to keep. - Find suppliers stored under different spellings, with the recommended standard name. - Review the audit history: deleted duplicates, and supplier merges, renames and reverts. Example questions: - "How much did we pay BILLA in May?" - "Show invoices over €1,000 for the third quarter." - "Are there duplicate invoices, and which one should I keep?" - "Which suppliers are stored under different names?" Read-only by design: all six tools only read data. Uploading, editing, deleting and merging stay in the InvoiceHub web app. Access is limited to one company. When you connect, InvoiceHub asks for your company's API key on its own approval page, and Claude receives a separate access token tied to that company. Claude never sees the key. The company is taken from the token, never from the conversation, so the connector can't reach another company's documents. An administrator can deactivate the key at any time, which immediately cuts off every connection. Requires an InvoiceHub account and a company API key, which a company administrator generates under Administration → API key.
