IPOInsider provides read-only access to IPO market data through a hosted MCP server. Ask questions about the current IPO universe (company, symbol, status, industry, exchange, offer date and price, proceeds, market cap, and return), what is pricing in a date window including deals that have not priced yet, which banks led or co-managed each deal, and what the universe or a single deal looked like on a past date. The connector uses OAuth via spacinsider.com. Data is retrieved through structured MCP tools, with no raw SQL or web search. Historical questions ("what did the market look like on date X?") use the dedicated ipo_history_list tool with a required as_of_date. SPAC deals are always excluded; they are covered by the separate SPACInsider connector. Requires a SPACInsider account enabled for the IPOInsider MCP.
