IsOpenAt

ClaudeCommunityby Livegames Kft.

IsOpenAt is a free booking platform for anything booked by time: tennis, padel and squash courts, gyms and studios, salons and therapists, meeting rooms and driving lessons. This connector lets Claude work in your Isopenat admin as you, with your permissions, in the organizations you choose. Ask what's on tomorrow, where there's a free court after 6pm, who is on the waitlist, who hasn't paid for last week's sessions, or how much came in last month. With your permission it can also make changes: create, move and cancel bookings, record cash payments, add participants to a class and mark attendance from a photo of the sign-in sheet, create weekly events, move or cancel a single date, update opening hours, closures, pricing rules and services. Built for the admin work that is twenty clicks in an app and one sentence to an assistant: a rained-off morning, a coach off sick, next season's timetable, a price rise across every rule. You stay in control. On the consent screen you pick which organizations Claude may see, and "Can make changes" is off by default for each one. Making changes takes the Owner or Admin role, and Claude can never do more than the person who connected it. Cancellations take two steps, so Claude first tells you who would be refunded and emailed. Every change appears in the organization's activity log under your name, marked "via Claude". You can switch write access off or disconnect at any time from Profile › Connected apps.
