ItemTally is a shared inventory register for teams that track stock and lend out equipment. Connect it and Claude works directly in your register. Ask what's running low, who has the drill and when it's due back, what's free next week, how long stock will last, or what was handed out last week. Answers come from the same append-only logbook the app uses, with your access and nothing more. Claude can also prepare changes: hand items to someone, take them back, adjust stock, add or edit items, make reservations, or import a whole spreadsheet. Each change appears as a card showing exactly what will happen, and nothing is written until you press Confirm. Confirmed changes can be undone for 24 hours, and every one is logged under your name, marked "via Claude". When you connect, you choose one workspace and whether Claude can only read or can also propose changes. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → API and MCP.
