itinovo is the CRM for travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs across Europe: bookings, day-by-day quotes, clients and travellers, suppliers and their rates, confirmations, tasks and a client portal. With this connector you work on itinovo by talking to Claude, with your own permissions: - Find bookings, quotes, clients and suppliers, and see the week's departures, deadlines and what each booking is missing. - Prepare and edit draft quotes: days, services, costs, mark-ups and prices, recalculated as in the editor; rewrite the texts in the client's language; prepare a new version of a quote already sent. - Bring in your agency's data from any system, with no dedicated integration: a supplier's price list (PDF or spreadsheet) becomes the supplier with its rates by season, room and board; a messy client spreadsheet or an old CRM export becomes clean client records; a client's email becomes a draft quote; a supplier's voucher becomes a recorded confirmation. Loading again updates, never duplicates. - Ask suppliers for availability and confirmations with your agency's template, after asking you first. What it never does: send quotes, documents or messages to clients, take or request payments, issue invoices, or change the agency's settings — those stay in the itinovo app. Identity documents and health data never leave itinovo. Every action is recorded in the agency's AI Log, and a booking's history shows what came "via Claude". Photos are not loaded through the connector: the agency uploads them in the app, confirming it has the right to use them. The agency's owner or an administrator enables Claude once in Settings → Integrations; then each member connects their own Claude account and signs in with their itinovo account.
