Jacana checks whether something is a scam, right from your conversation with Claude. Paste a suspicious text, email, DM or social media post, or ask about a website or anything else you're unsure of, and Jacana returns a clear verdict: how risky it is, what kind of scam it looks like, the red flags it found, and what to do next. What it can do: - Analyze a message. Jacana reads the text you share and looks for the signs of common scams, such as fake delivery notices, account-lock warnings, bank and government impersonation, investment and romance scams, and fake job offers. If the message contains a link, Jacana opens the linked page too. - Check a website. Jacana looks the site up in its database of reported scams, and if it has no reports, checks the site live. Each answer links to Jacana's Scam Check, where you can get personalized help with next steps. No account or sign-in is needed.
