JobField is field service software for home service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and other trades that send technicians to customers' homes. This connector links Claude to your JobField account, so you can ask about your business in plain words and get answers from your own data. Ask for the schedule of any day or week by technician, a customer's history and balance, one job in full, the booking requests waiting in your inbox, your calls and why some were missed, business reports such as sales, unpaid work, estimates, revenue by month and repeat customers, which automatic texts are on, and how your calls are routed. Where job changes are switched on for your business and you allowed them when connecting, Claude can also create a job, reschedule one, or set its status. Each change tool is marked so Claude asks for your approval first, every change is recorded in JobField under your name, and you can undo it for 24 hours. A job it creates gets your own automatic confirmation text and reminders, when you have them on. Some answers depend on your setup. Calls and call routing need a JobField phone number, and automatic texts need texting to be ready. When something is not set up, the connector says so and names the page in JobField where you would turn it on. It never takes a payment, sends a text or places a call of its own, changes your settings or deletes anything it did not create. Call recordings are never shared and call transcripts are not available through it. Only an owner or an admin can connect. A connection ends after 90 days, or after 30 days without use, and you can disconnect at any time in JobField, in Settings, under Integrations.
