JobsiteOn is field service software for contractors: quotes, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payments in one workspace. The JobsiteOn connector lets Claude answer questions about that work. Find a building by its street address and see its open jobs, proposals, invoices, reports and requests. Look up customers with their billing address and payment terms, and the site contacts for a building. Check jobs, visit dates and who is assigned. Read proposals and invoices with totals and amounts due, search the price book and equipment, and run bounded reports such as overdue receivables. Every answer links back to the record in JobsiteOn. Claude can also prepare a change: add or update customers, buildings, contacts, jobs, visits, tasks, price book items and equipment; schedule and assign visits; draft and send proposals and invoices; record a payment the customer already made; attach a photo to a job; archive or restore records; or send a message. Nothing happens until the person opens the review link and approves it in JobsiteOn. A preview expires after ten minutes. The connector never permanently deletes records and never charges a card or moves money. Each person signs in with their own JobsiteOn account and chooses one workspace. The connector reads only what that person's role and plan allow, and access stops on the next request after they disconnect. Free-text notes such as gate codes and customer notes, and connected mailboxes, are not shared. Requires a JobsiteOn plan (Starter or higher) or an active free trial.
