Kairos

ClaudeCommunityby Kairos

Kairos is a memoir-prep app that files your life by week. Every entry is anchored to a Year.Week.Day coordinate on a Weeks-in-Life grid, so a whole life becomes a searchable, printable record. With this connector, Claude can work with your own Kairos record: • Recall: list your entries for any year, or search your whole life record to answer "when did I…?" questions. • Coordinates: turn any date into its Kairos coordinate (Year.Week.Day). • Journal from the chat: tell Claude what happened and it adds the entry to your Kairos record. Edit or delete it in Kairos any time. The connector reads only your own entries, and only after you sign in to Kairos and approve access. It can't edit or delete anything you've written, and it can't reach your uploads, Drive files or account settings. Disconnect any time from Claude's settings. You need a Kairos account (free at kairosloom.life).
