Kaizen is a fully customizable calendar and task app for iPhone, Android and the web that turns your to-dos into a plan for your day. The Kaizen connector lets Claude work with the tasks, calendar events and folders in your Kaizen account, so you can plan, reschedule and tidy up your week in a conversation. What you can do with Claude: - See what's due and what to focus on: list tasks by folder, due date, priority or tag, and get an overview of your high, medium and low priority tasks. - Create, edit, complete and delete tasks, including due dates, priorities, notes, tags and flags. Due dates follow your time zone, just like in the app. - Plan your calendar: read your events, create new ones, move or rename one event or many at once, and delete events you no longer need. - Organize your folders and see the shared folder groups you belong to. - Use the preferences you saved in Kaizen, such as usual task durations or colors, so new tasks and events match how you work. Requirements: a Kaizen account and an active Kaizen AI subscription (Settings → AI Subscription in the Kaizen app). You can connect without a subscription, but the tools only work once it is active. Sign-in and privacy: you sign in on Kaizen's own sign-in page, and Claude never sees your password. You can disconnect at any time in Claude or in the Kaizen app under Settings.
