Keeping
Keeping turns a shared Gmail address like support@ or sales@ into a team helpdesk inside Gmail. The Keeping connector gives Claude the same view of that inbox your team has, so you can run the queue from a conversation instead of clicking through tickets one by one. What you can do: - Triage: list and search conversations by mailbox, status, assignee, tag or priority, read full threads, and see what needs attention right now. - Assign and organize: assign or reassign tickets, change status and priority, add or remove tags, set custom fields, and move tickets between mailboxes. - Reply with a human in the loop: Claude writes replies as drafts in Keeping and can work from your saved templates. Nothing goes to a customer until a teammate reviews and sends it. - Collaborate: add internal notes, read a ticket's notes and activity history, and create read-only share links to a conversation. - Report: pull ticket, message, agent, team, tag and CSAT reports, and check SLA violations, for any date range. Example prompts: - "What's unassigned in the support inbox? Group it by topic and suggest who should take each one." - "Draft replies to the three oldest open tickets using our refund template." - "How did the team do on first response time last week, and which tickets broke our SLA?" Built for teams: Claude acts as you, with your Keeping permissions, and only sees the mailboxes you can see. Read-only and write tools are labeled separately, so you choose which actions Claude can take without asking. Company admins can turn off MCP access for the whole organization in Keeping's settings. Requirements: a Keeping account with access to at least one shared mailbox. Sign in with your Google account when you connect.
