Kenby
Kenby is the home of your knowledge: your notes, policies, docs and imported files (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, web pages, Markdown) in one knowledge base. Connect it to Claude and ask questions in plain language. Kenby searches your knowledge base by meaning and keywords, checks every candidate passage on its own, and returns only the passages it has verified answer the question, word for word, each with its note to cite. Answers stay grounded in what you actually wrote, and when your notes don't cover something, Claude is told so instead of guessing. Passages about different people or things that share a name are kept apart. Tools: - Search knowledge: verified, verbatim passages for a question, name or topic. - List notes and Read note: see what your knowledge base covers and open any note in full, with the notes it links to. - Add note, Add to note and Edit note: save and update notes when you ask, if you allow writing at sign-in. Edits only apply to the version Claude read, so nobody's newer change is overwritten. Kenby keeps every earlier version of a note, so any change Claude makes can be restored, and notes Claude adds are marked with its name. Claude can't delete notes; you do that in Kenby.
