Keyva
Keyva answers questions about Dubai property from recorded transactions, not advertised asking prices. Ask what homes in an area actually sold for, what tenants actually pay, or whether an asking price is in line with recorded sales. Keyva returns the typical (median) figure with the period it covers and the number of records behind it. When there are too few records for a reliable figure, it says so instead of guessing. What you can ask: - Prices: typical price per sq ft by area, project and building; prices by bedroom count; quarterly trends. - Price check: an asking price against recorded sales of similar homes in the same area. - Rents: typical yearly rent by area and bedroom count, from registered Ejari contracts. - Rent increase check: what similar homes let for recently, from registered new contracts. - Compare two areas side by side, or list the areas within a purchase or rent budget. - Service charges from owners' association budgets on record. - Broker licence check against the public register. - Developers and their projects, and Keyva's guides on buying and renting in Dubai. All 17 tools are read-only. No account or sign-in is needed. Figures come from the official Dubai property register and Ejari rent contract data, processed by Keyva (www.keyva.ae). Keyva states what the records show; it does not forecast prices or give investment advice.
