KICNIPPO is a daily work report (nippo) app used by small construction, civil engineering and building-services contractors in Japan. This connector lets a signed-in KICNIPPO user work with their own company's data from Claude. What you can do: - Search and read daily reports by date, site, prime contractor or worker. - Create new reports, copy an existing report to other days, edit fields (times, workers, overtime, vehicles, notes) or delete reports. Every change is shown as a preview first and is saved only after you approve it. Created, edited and deleted reports can be undone for 24 hours. - Turn a photo of a handwritten paper report into a KICNIPPO report (unreadable fields are left empty, never guessed). - Export PDFs of a daily report, a monthly bundle, an attendance sheet (shutcho-hyo) and an invoice. Links open a KICNIPPO viewer page and expire after 30 minutes. - Draft an invoice from the month's reports and, after approval, send it to Money Forward Cloud Invoice (requires the Money Forward connection in the KICNIPPO app). Who it is for: owners, managers and workers who already use KICNIPPO. You sign in with your KICNIPPO account (OAuth); the same roles and permissions as in the app apply (for example, invoices are owner-only). Limitations: Japanese-language data and Japanese construction workflows. Some features depend on the KICNIPPO plan of the account. Payroll is not available through this connector.
