Your team and your agents read and write the same wikis of pages and tables. Ask what your company knows, and the answer comes from Known with links to the pages and records it used. Ask to write something down, and it lands in the right wiki, versioned, with who wrote it. What you can do: - Find answers in your company's wikis: plans, decisions, customers, processes. - Write and edit pages, and keep tables (issues, a CRM, a fundraise) whose fields a schema checks on every write. - See how any page or record changed over time, and what links to it. - Publish small sites on Known that sign your team in and read your wikis. You sign in to Known in your browser and choose the organizations Claude may use. It acts as you, within what you can already read and write, and Known records every change it makes as yours, made through Claude. Members and permissions are managed in Known itself.
