Kodza is a free library of UI components and effects in plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no API key. Ask Claude for "a button that fills from the cursor", "a sticky header that hides while I read" or "a date picker for this form": Claude searches Kodza, picks a component and gets its code, with install notes for a plain page, WordPress, Shopify, React or a Claude artifact. Two read-only tools: one searches components by what they do or look like, the other returns one component's HTML, CSS and JS, its options, its keyboard behaviour and its dark-mode values. Each component's CSS only targets its own kodza- classes, so it can be pasted into an existing theme without restyling the page. Interactive components work with the keyboard, show a visible focus and respect reduced motion. Nothing to sign in to. Your search words are used to answer, then forgotten. Kodza only counts which component was fetched, by which assistant, for which target, whether the server runs hosted or locally, and a random session id that is never tied to you.
