Kvadrum is a CRM and closed listing network for real estate agencies and independent agents in Ukraine. This connector lets an agent work with their own Kvadrum account from Claude. What you can do: - Find listings with filters (deal type, city, district, rooms, price, area) and open a listing's details. - Find clients, read a client's request and deal history, and match listings to that request. - See your day: showings, follow-ups and reminders, and listings near a showing address. - Check your listings' health: missing photos, prices or addresses, and expiring exclusive agreements. - Create and update clients, deals, notes and saved searches; schedule a showing. - Read and save translations of a listing. - Ask how to do something in Kvadrum. - For agency owners and managers: pipeline and team reports. Safety by design: - Access follows the same permissions as in Kvadrum: the connector sees only what the signed-in user sees. - Contact details of other agencies' owners are never returned. - Publishing a listing outside Kvadrum is never done directly: the connector creates a request that a person approves in Kvadrum. - Every write is recorded in the agency's activity log; the agency owner decides which staff may connect an AI assistant and can revoke access at any time. Requirements: a Kvadrum account (agency or independent agent) with the "Own AI assistant" option enabled by the agency owner. Sign-in uses OAuth.
