Ladder by Aizhan Li
Ladder by Aizhan Li is a short self-reflection exercise based on the Ladder method by Aizhan Li, author of the Ladder method. You name a measurable goal, where you are now (the “I” point), 3 to 5 obstacles (things people said that you believe) and, if you like, fears above the goal. The plugin arranges your own words into a ladder by zones, shows which obstacle stands closest to you and how many fears sit above the goal, and gives you two questions to think about. It works in Russian, Kazakh and English. Who it is for: anyone aged 13 and over who feels stuck on the way to a goal in money, work, studies or relationships. Limitations: the plugin is for self-discovery. It does not diagnose, does not work with illnesses, symptoms or medication, and does not replace psychotherapy or medical care. If your words show signs of crisis or violence, it shows helpline numbers instead of a reading. Your answers are not stored or logged, and no sign-in is needed. A link to the full Ladder diagnostic on 108psy.com is included for those who want to go deeper.
