LawgiSkill Moniteur is a free, read-only search of Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge / Belgisch Staatsblad) publication metadata. It exposes one tool, moniteur_rechercher: a keyword search in French or Dutch, with optional publication-date filters and bounded pagination (up to 10 results per call). Each result can include the title, NUMAC, language, act type, publication date, promulgation date and a link to eJustice, the official publication source. Every response also reports the search engine's coverage indicators: search mode, retained and ignored terms, partial results and interrupted fallback. Sources and limits: - The search runs on metadata indexed through ETAAMB, the index used by the LawgiSkill service. Only the official publication on eJustice is authoritative. - Completeness and freshness of the index are not guaranteed. An empty result does not prove that a publication does not exist. - The service returns publication metadata only. It does not provide consolidated texts, in-force status or legal advice. - A keyword is always required: there is no date-only listing and no NUMAC-only lookup. - Shared rate limits and a daily quota apply; when they are reached, the tool returns an error.
