LazyJack is a record for private sailboat owners: equipment with its service dates and engine hours, maintenance plans and jobs, problems found aboard, trips with a logbook, documents and papers, inventory and what to buy, and checklists. The app works offline on a phone and syncs when back in range.
With this connector Claude works with that record in plain language. Ask "what should I sort out before the weekend?" and it reads what is overdue and coming up. Say "log today's sail: three hours, engine at 432.5" and it records the trip and the engine reading. Ask "when was the impeller last changed, and what did it cost?", "add the new chartplotter to the equipment list" or "what's on the shopping list?" and it answers from, or adds to, the boat's records.
You stay in control. Connecting signs you in to your own LazyJack account, and the sign-in page shows exactly what Claude will be allowed to see and change before you approve. Archiving, restoring or deleting anything waits for your approval in the app, every change Claude makes appears in the boat's activity list, and you can disconnect Claude at any time from the app's Account page.
LazyJack is free during its beta. You need a LazyJack account (create one at lazyjack.app) with your boat set up; the connection steps are at lazyjack.app/assistant.html.
