Legixly is practice management software for advocates and law firms in India. This connector lets a lawyer or firm staff member work with their own practice from Claude, using the matters, hearings, tasks, clients and documents they already keep in Legixly. Ask what hearings you have this week and what each is for, where a matter stands and what is pending, which tasks are overdue, or what a particular order requires. Claude can search matters by title, case number, CNR or client; open a matter with its parties, court, status and team; list hearings, tasks, call notes and your own time; look up clients; read the text of documents; and use the summaries, translations and obligations Legixly's own AI has already produced, each dated. Where the firm allows it, Claude can also make everyday updates after you confirm each one: add a hearing, record what happened at a hearing and the next date, create a task or mark it done, note a call or meeting, and record your time. It can never delete, send or bill anything. Claude sees only what the signed-in person can see in Legixly: the firm's access rules, including matter-team restrictions, apply exactly as on screen. The firm's administrator decides who may connect and, area by area, what each person's assistant may read and change; nothing beyond the basics of a person's matters is shared until the administrator allows it. Documents marked confidential are never shared. Every read and change is recorded in the firm's audit log. A Legixly account is required.
