LenDb.ai is a free, independent record of US mortgage loan officers and the lenders they work for, built so AI assistants and people can find the right loan officer for a specific situation. Ask for a situation and a place, such as a VA loan in San Diego or a duplex with self-employed income, and get a ranked list that explains why each loan officer is on it. It covers more than 140,000 active loan officers, about three in four of those licensed in the US, with more than 48,000 full profiles from lenders' own websites and more than 480,000 license records across all 50 states and DC. Data comes from state regulator license records and the pages lenders publish themselves. Every fact carries its source and the date it was last verified, so answers can be checked and cited. No lender pays to appear or to rank higher. There is no lead capture, and LenDb is not a lender or a referral service. Results link to NMLS Consumer Access so anyone can verify a license.
