LoadSignal is a shipment tracking system for freight brokers and trucking companies. This plugin lets you ask ChatGPT about your company's loads (freight shipments) in LoadSignal: which ones are running late, where a truck was last located and how long ago, what problems are open on a load (for example, a truck that stopped reporting its location), which drivers are off on a given day, and which messages are waiting for someone to approve. ChatGPT can also write a draft email telling a customer their delivery is delayed. The draft is saved in LoadSignal and is not sent until someone on your team approves it there. The plugin reads data and saves drafts only; it does not send messages, change loads or delete anything. You sign in with your existing LoadSignal account, and ChatGPT sees only your company's data, limited to what your account can see. A company administrator turns on AI apps in LoadSignal first.
