Lotwick collects live lots from all the UK property auction houses into one database, and this connector gives Claude direct access to it, so you can search, compare and analyse the UK auction market in plain English. For every live lot: full address, postcode, local authority district, region and map coordinates; property type, description, bedrooms and tenure; the guide price exactly as published, with its low and high figures; auction date and time, lot number, traditional or conditional (Modern Method) sale, and room or online format; the auctioneer, with a link to their lot page and legal pack; and the full lot description. With Lotwick Pro, also: Guide price history: every increase or reduction, with old and new figures and the date it changed. HM Land Registry sale history: past sold prices for the property’s postcode, back to 1995, including property type and date. Energy Performance Certificate data: floor area, current and potential energy rating, dwelling type, room count, and the suggested energy upgrades with their estimated cost. Market analysis: lot counts and guide price minimum, median, average and maximum, grouped by region, district, property type, auctioneer, auction type, bedrooms or sale month, with any filter. Searches of up to 100 results, filtered by area, postcode, price, type, bedrooms, auctioneer, auction type and date range. Plus the upcoming auction calendar and every auctioneer’s live lot count. All tools are read-only. Guide prices are as published by auctioneers and are not sale prices. Free accounts: 50 requests a month and 10 results per search.
