Lulius gives Claude reliable access to German law. Instead of citing statutes and court decisions from memory, Claude looks them up in Lulius and quotes the official wording with a link to the source. What Claude can do with Lulius: • Search German federal statutes and regulations (Bundesrecht, over 4,000 laws, current consolidated versions) by meaning or by citation, e.g. "§ 622 BGB". • Retrieve the full text of a section, a range of sections, or a section together with the sections it refers to. • Search about 84,000 decisions of the German federal courts (BVerfG, BGH, BVerwG, BFH, BAG, BSG, BPatG) from 2010 onwards, by file number (Aktenzeichen), ECLI or free text, and read headnote, operative part, facts and reasons with paragraph numbers (Rn.). • Calculate the end of a legal deadline under §§ 187–193 BGB and § 222 ZPO, including weekends and public holidays per federal state. • Calculate lawyers' fees (RVG) and court fees (GKG) from the official fee tables, including the cost risk of losing (§ 91 ZPO). Coverage and limits: German federal law only. The Grundgesetz and EGBGB are not yet included; state law (Landesrecht), EU law, lower-court decisions and commentary literature are not included. Results are legal information, not legal advice. Privacy: Lulius receives only the search terms and calculator inputs of each tool call and does not store them.
