MachineMail gives Claude real email inboxes. Create an address in one step, read and search mail, wait for a sign-in code to arrive, and send, reply and forward from the conversation. Every inbound message comes with a trust verdict (verified, known, unknown, suspicious or quarantined) and an agent-safe text version. Prompt injection, hidden instructions and phishing are caught before Claude reads the mail. Quarantined messages are withheld, and suspicious ones arrive without their content. Claude is told to act only on verified senders and to treat everything else as information, never as instructions. What you can ask: - "Create an inbox I can use to sign up for the Acme beta." - "Wait for the verification code from Acme and tell me what it is." - "Summarise new mail in support@ and draft replies to anything urgent." - "Reply to Jordan and say I'll call tomorrow at 10." You sign in with your MachineMail account and approve exactly what Claude can access. Your inboxes, threads and messages stay in your organization, and you can revoke access at any time from the MachineMail dashboard.
