Maci
Maci gives every refrigeration unit a digital passport behind a QR tag: its master data, nameplate, refrigerant and charge, components, service history, the F-gas logbook the EU regulation asks for, and alarms from Maci Intelligence, Maci's monitoring of refrigeration systems. Supermarkets, chains, facility managers and the refrigeration companies that service their units use it across their sites. With this connector Claude reads your company's data in Maci, so you can ask in your own words: - Which of our units are due a leak check in November? - Are there open alarms at the harbour store, and has anyone taken them? - When was the cold room last serviced, and what was done? - How much refrigerant do we have in our cold rooms, in tonnes of CO2 equivalent? The connector only reads. It cannot create, change or delete anything in Maci. It sees what your company may see in Maci and nothing more, by the same rules as Maci's API: an owner its own sites and units, a refrigeration company the customers' units it has been given access to. A company admin connects it by logging in to Maci and confirming with a passkey, and can remove it at any time under Account, AI assistants, which stops it at once. You need a Maci account as an admin of your company. Owners need at least one unit with Maci Service; refrigeration companies need no subscription of their own. The F-gas logbook and leak check status need Maci Service on the unit.
