Macroshark is a workout and nutrition log. Connect it and you can log in plain words from the chat. "200 g of skyr and a banana for breakfast" becomes a meal with its macros. A finished session becomes a workout with its sets. This morning's weight goes in with it. You can also ask about your log: how much protein is left today, whether your bench press is going up, what the next session of your program is, or how your weight has moved this month. Everything is saved to your own Macroshark account, and the app shows the same entries. Reading never asks for confirmation; logging, editing and deleting always do.
