Maelo is booking and client software for tattoo artists. Connect your Maelo account and ask Claude about your work in plain words: which booking requests came in and which still need a reply, what a client asked for and what you last said to them, what is on your calendar, and whether a date and time is actually free under your real working hours, existing bookings, blocked time and synced calendars. With your permission Claude can also reply to a client on a booking request (the message appears in their Maelo Client Hub and is emailed to them) or add a private note that only you can see. Claude shows you the wording and asks before anything is sent. Maelo cannot take payments, issue refunds, change your prices or settings, or cancel or move appointments from Claude. You sign in with your own Maelo account and choose what to allow, and you can disconnect at any time in Maelo under Settings, Integrations, AI Assistants.
