MagicChat builds AI support chatbots trained on your own website and documents, embedded on your site to answer visitors and capture leads. This connector lets Claude manage those bots with you. What you can do: - See every chatbot on your account with its public chat link and dashboard link, plus your plan, limits and messages left this month. - Read what visitors actually asked a bot in the last days, spot the questions it could not answer, and check its 30-day stats: conversations, visitor messages, leads captured, number of sources. - Search a bot's knowledge base to see whether it can answer a question and which source the answer comes from. - Train a bot: add a public web page (one URL per call) or write text directly, such as an FAQ, a refund policy or product details. Claude can draft the text from the gaps it found in recent questions, then add it. - Create a new chatbot from scratch and start training it. - List the contact details visitors left through the bot's lead form. Tools (10): get_account, list_bots, create_bot, list_sources, add_webpage, add_text, search_knowledge, recent_questions, bot_stats, list_leads. Nothing is deleted through this connection. Requirements: a MagicChat account (free sign-up at magicchat.ai). You sign in through OAuth; bot and source counts follow your MagicChat plan. Disconnect any time from Claude's connector settings.
