ManufactIQ is a CRM for UK manufacturers, covering the sale from the first enquiry to the invoice. This connector gives Claude the same view of it that you have. Ask what is open with a customer before a call, which quotations have gone quiet, what falls due this month or what an order is still owed, and Claude reads it from your live CRM: companies and contacts, enquiries (including website enquiries waiting for approval), quotations with every revision, orders, invoices, products, tasks, notes, captured email, your own tabs and the pipeline figures. Where your company allows it, Claude can also do what you would do yourself: raise and edit records, add notes and tasks, move things along the pipeline, approve website enquiries and build quotations. Everything is recorded in your name and marked "via Claude". Emailing a customer, finalising an invoice, deleting and the accounting actions need a further switch your administrator holds. Administrators reach the administration too: users and roles, pipelines, settings, the automations builder, QuickBooks and Xero, imports. Developers can ask Claude how the ManufactIQ API works and get the reference itself. The connection acts as you: it sees exactly the tabs your role shows you and only your company's records. You sign in with your ManufactIQ password and two-step code; Claude never sees them, and you can end the connection from your account page at any time.
