Manulyx is a scientific writing platform for LaTeX manuscripts, from first draft through submission, reviewer comments and revision. This connector lets Claude work on your Manulyx projects directly. Ask Claude to find a project, read and search its files, tighten an abstract, rewrite a section, fix a table, add a file or reorganise folders, then compile the paper and fix any LaTeX errors it reports. Claude can also find a published paper at Crossref and add it to the document's references by DOI, in the style the document already uses. Changes are made as small, exact replacements and appear live in the Manulyx editor for you and your co-authors. Built for shared manuscripts: Claude acts as you, with your role on each project, so a viewer's Claude can only read. Edits are recorded as tracked changes your co-authors can accept or reject, a restore point is saved before Claude's first change, and each project has its own Claude switches in the editor to turn access or tracking off. Claude cannot delete, share or submit a project, or change who has access. Requires a Manulyx account (free plan available).
