Manygent is a CRM and inbox for businesses that sell in chat. Connect it to ask about your workspace in plain words — who messaged today, what Sam Carter ordered, which flows are on — and act on it: add or update contacts and tags, send one customer a message, or start a flow for them. Describe an automation and Manygent checks it and saves it as a flow draft, switched off. Someone on your team reviews it in Manygent's flow builder and turns it on; an AI app never can. Manygent works as the person who connected it, with no more than they may do in Manygent: an agent limited to some channels sees no more here. Admins choose whether an app may change contacts, message customers or build drafts. Every change is in the workspace's audit log, sends are limited per day, and an app can never delete data, send broadcasts or change billing, the team or connected channels.
