Marketap is a CRM marketing automation platform used by commerce brands in Korea. This connector links your Marketap workspace to Claude so you can review campaign performance, audiences and delivery history in conversation, ask why a specific customer did not receive a message, and draft new campaigns and audiences without leaving the chat. Read tools cover projects, campaigns and their performance, audiences and the rules for building them, user and event property schemas, product catalogs, console chart data, daily KPI facts and insights, send logs, and the Marketap product guides. Write tools create and edit campaign and audience drafts. Drafts are saved in DRAFT state only — activating a campaign and sending to real customers stays a human action in the Marketap console. The one exception is test sending, which delivers a real message to test users already registered in the project. Every tool call is scoped to the projects your Marketap account can access, and personal data in responses is masked.
