Mason

ChatGPTby Enduring Labs, Inc.

Connect your existing Mason account for ten PM workflows: investigate maintenance, create and update work orders and projects, dispatch repairs or estimate requests, manage appointments, coordinate inspections, maintain vendor and technician records, update PM policies and troubleshooting guidelines, draft or send requested communications, summarize the portfolio, and manage recurring reports. Bundled workflows retrieve detailed skills and account policies from Mason as needed. Each connection acts as your Mason user for the property manager you approve. Read access retrieves account data; consenting to write access also permits record and workflow changes, scheduling, messages, group management, and calls available to your account. Successful writes execute immediately under your assistant’s tool permission settings, with Mason’s existing safeguards. Workflows can notify people. Requires an existing authorized Mason account. Does not process payments or transfer money.
