Mays
Mays is operations software for restaurants and cafés. Connect your Mays account to ask about your locations in your own words and get answers from your live Mays data, often with an interactive card you can act on. What you can ask: - Who is working now, who is late or did not show, and where the schedule leaves nobody on, for a day or the whole week. - What is waiting for your approval: time off, shift swaps, open-shift pickups and checklists to review. - How opening and closing checklists are going, and which fridges or freezers are out of range. - Sales and labor by day, hour or daypart, timecards, attendance patterns, overtime risk, food cost and tips. - What is running low, what to order from each vendor, and the status of purchase orders and invoices. - Your knowledge base: folders, SOPs and recipes. Making changes: if your Mays admin allows actions from AI apps and you choose "make changes" when you connect, Mays can add or change shifts, publish a week, approve or deny requests, add team members, create tasks and checklists, enter invoices, build and send purchase orders, and set up a new store. Every change shows you a preview first and happens only after you confirm it. Without a Mays account: anyone can look up the minimum and tipped wage for a US state, county or city (with the official source), estimate a week’s labor cost with overtime, split a tip pool by hours or points, and find Mays’ help articles, guides and videos. Nothing is stored and no sign-in is needed for these. Who it is for: managers and admins of restaurants and cafés that use Mays (with the manager or admin role) for everything that reads or changes their own data, and any restaurant or café operator for the tools above. Privacy and limits: Mays works as you, with exactly your access in Mays: your locations and your permissions. People appear as first name and last initial, and phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses are never shared. Wages, labor cost and tips are included only if you can see pay in Mays and choose to include pay when you connect. Mays does not move money or run payroll. You can disconnect at any time in Mays under Settings, Connected AI apps.
