Melonhelp Feedback brings your users' errors and requests into Claude, ranked by how many people they affect, so your coding agent can fix them end to end. - Prioritized inbox: list production errors, bugs and feature requests by users affected or votes. Each one comes with an agent-ready brief. - Fix workflow: claim an issue, link the pull request, resolve it with the release that ships the fix, then register that release once it is deployed. Users who hit the error are notified automatically. - Close the loop: reply to users, add internal notes and draft changelog entries. - Guided install: Claude adds the Melonhelp SDK to your repository (feedback button, error capture, React error boundary), allows your sites and checks the installation. - Satisfaction surveys: create surveys, read summaries and search responses.
