Mendel
Mendel is a corporate spend management platform used by companies across Latin America. This connector lets Claude work with the same records and actions your team already uses in Mendel, under the permissions that person already has. Ask about transactions, expenses waiting to be audited, budgets and their members, cost centers, accounting accounts, people and corporate cards. Then act on them: approve or reject expenses one by one or in bulk, create and update budgets, add members and set individual spend limits, configure spend restrictions by day, channel and amount, and approve, reject or cancel budget increase requests. Travel requests can be reviewed and approved for companies that book through Mendel's travel integration. Every call runs as the person who connected. The connector never widens what a user can see or do, and each write is recorded in Mendel with its author, exactly as if it had been made in the web app. Requirements: an active Mendel account. Write actions also require the matching permissions in the person's Mendel role — an employee without approval authority can read their own records but cannot approve anyone's expense. Mendel returns records page by page and does not compute totals. Ask what is left in a budget, or which expenses are pending audit and out of policy, rather than for a sum across a period.
