Mesy is a CRM. The Mesy connector lets Claude work with your Mesy workspace through your own Mesy account. What Claude can read Contacts, companies, deals and custom records; your sales pipeline; tasks, activity and change history; customer conversations across channels; calendar events and free time; notes, files and your knowledge base; email templates, workflows and web forms. Basic access covers your records and pipeline. The rest needs the optional everyday access you can grant when you connect. What Claude can change Claude can propose record changes and draft an email. Nothing is saved or sent until you approve it in Mesy. Claude can't approve its own proposals or run workflows. How access works Sign in on Mesy's consent page with your Mesy email and password, tick the access you want to give, then click Allow.
