MiCal keeps calendars in step for households and small teams. It connects the Google and Outlook calendars people already use, keeps busy time in sync between them in both directions, and adds shared schedules, to-do lists and booking links on top. With the MiCal connector, Claude can: - Read your schedule across every connected calendar and find open time. - See your family's or team's shared schedule and find a time when everyone is free. - Add an event to the calendar you choose. - Read your to-do lists, add a to-do for you or someone in your group, and tick one off. - List your booking links and recent bookings, and create a new booking link for clients or customers. The connector can read and add, but it cannot delete anything. Claude sees only what your own MiCal account can see, and other members' events appear only at the level each person chose to share: full details or busy only. You need a MiCal account to connect. Signing up is free with Google or Microsoft at mical.net. Shared group schedules and shared to-do lists need a paid group plan, for a family or a small team.
