Dry Run plays the next 52 weeks of a small services business 10,000 times. Enquiries come in and some close. Jobs queue behind the crews you have, and materials are paid when the work starts. Customers pay on their own schedule while payroll runs every week. It reports the chance the business runs short of money, the most dangerous week, and money on hand week by week as a likely range. It names the factors that separated the bad years from the good ones, and shows profit at the business's own averages. A second tool tests nine single changes an owner can make (deposits, shorter terms, a price rise, a smaller owner draw, less overhead, a bigger credit line, one crew fewer or more, more enquiries) and ranks them by how much each lowers that risk. Start from one of six presets (excavation, plumbing, heating and cooling, landscaping and snow, roofing, general services) and change any number. Every result is calculated from the inputs: no AI model, no network calls, nothing stored, and the same inputs and seed always give the same answer.
