Monarch connects ChatGPT to your Monarch account so you can ask questions about your finances and keep your data organized without leaving the conversation. Ask about: - Spending by category or merchant over any date range - Your budget versus actual spending - Cash flow, income, and recurring bills and subscriptions - Net worth trends, account balances, investments, and real estate - Savings goal progress and credit score history Organize: - Recategorize, tag, split, or mark transactions as reviewed - Create rules so future transactions are categorized automatically - Manage categories, tags, merchants, and savings goals - Add manual transactions and manual account balance history Tools that delete or overwrite data are marked destructive so ChatGPT can confirm with you first, and bulk changes can be previewed before they are applied. Monarch does not move money. It cannot transfer funds, pay bills, or place trades. Goal allocations only record how much of an account's balance counts toward a goal inside Monarch. Requirements and limitations: you need a Monarch account with at least one connected or manual account. Data reflects what has synced from your financial institutions. Some connected accounts may not be available, depending on their data provider. The plugin only accesses data in the Monarch household you sign in with.
